FreeXMLTV 3.1 Error

I posted this a couple of days ago in Impacts forum..alas with no real solutuion..
Thought I'd give it another go here....

I have been using BRP and FreeXMLTV 3.1 faultlessly for some time...however now, when I run the update EPG batch file I get a windows error. This occurs at the create XML stage..
100..200 300 etc. A windows dialogue box appears saying FreeXML has a problem...
Any ideas about this..I have tried deleting the contents of the data dir...
batch file parameters-: SYD VERBOSE HD1
If you look at the error message below, the error occurs on processing data for the 1/4/2006, about the time we switch back from daylight saving..wonder if this is the problem...

error message included below...
Unhandled Exception: System.InvalidCastException: Conversion from string "4/1/20

Re: FreeXMLTV 3.1 Error

Its your region date setting - your default date format has changed.

Why? it wasnt the Daylight savings patch - as dates are working fine on my machines (and others) - something else has changed it...

Fix the default date and you should be fine....

Re: FreeXMLTV 3.1 Error

Hi mrgee,

It's your regional settings that need to be changed - under Control Panel, choose Regional and Language Options, and set your location to Australia, and Standard and formats to English (Australia).
