EPG batch file updates for freexmltv

My EPG was not updating through mce, so I updated my details thru freexmltv. I am currently running the epg batch file to update freexmltv. I have left it go now for a few hours and it is still processing.........it is currently obtaining data for 2045, is this normal, should I just let it run or is there a problem?

Re: EPG batch file updates for freexmltv

Freexmltv is no longer working, you will have to use an alternative like oztivo of icetv. There are plenty of threads on this in the tv guide section

Hi, I am trying to get BRP 3.5 and Oztivo workingtogether but there seems to be a problem with oztivo blocking my static IP. I've wrtten to the site to try to get off their SPAM list but am not sure they will address my problem. Does BRP 3.0 still work? Perhaps I can get that up til I get off the spam list

Re: EPG batch file updates for freexmltv

Yeah that happened to me as well...............I tried to email them but it just came back. I just waited overnight and tried again late the next day and all was ok. I think it may be caused by alot of traffic visiting the site now. I am all set up with Oztivo and BR3.5. I do not think BR3.0 will work with it. Just try again tomorrow and you should not have any worries.

I am a bit of a noob to all this EPG stuff and I got my EPG up and running with oztive, the instructions they did are perfect. I got a lil frustrated with at times but they were my errors. If you need help, just give me a yell and I will put it in noob language for you.
