Noticed the same thing. I hope someone does something about it soon or all of my scheduled recordings based on the guide (manual and by searching key words) will be useless.
This is weird, my computers (incorrectly) automatically adjusted for the end of DST (because the geniuses running our parliament didn't want to leave well enough alone), and the guide data shows things starting an hour earlier than it does. Now I left the computer's time as it was, and everything was recording correctly, albeit showing the incorrect time. When I corrected the time, everything is recording an hour early. Even an update of the EPG Listings (though I don't think the download is actually anymore up to date than what I had).
So my only option is to just leave the automatic change as it is, and have my computer displaying the incorrect time, but recording correctly (hopefully). I fear that FreeEPG could update their listings to display the correct time, I'll get an automatic guide update, and without knowing it, miss recordings. However, I think the guys at EPGStream have deliberately done this with their listings, with the realisation that most computers will automatically change time, and a lot of ppl won't notice.
As another interesting observation, the over the air guide broadcast by the networks, is also out an hour.... in exactly the same way as the EPGStream guide (well, at least Seven and Nine are, don't remember 10), which has me wondering if I'm the one who's buggered something up.
Also, check that you have the MS update (Vista) KB942763.
If you are like me and have updates turned off once things work, then you would be 1 hour out on the clock and guide without this update. Just put it on and fixed things up just fine. (In Adelaide)

ozTiVo have made a Daylight Savings or Time Zone adjustment (WA only) a week early. We'll look at correcting this today.
Edit: Our mistake, WA Daylight Savings finished today.
It did end today but now our guide listings are an hour out. My HTPC is currently recording what it thinks is Robin Hood (scheduled to start at 7:30) but it started recording at 6:30pm so will stop recording before it does actually start. For clarity, when you look at the guide everything is out by an hour - guide says Robin Hood starts at 6:30.
Clocks are all ok on the PC.
Hope this gets sorted soon, but thanks for the great free service regardless!
I'm looking at a WA test machine with a Time Zone set to Perth (+08:00) and a current time of 7:15 PM. The guide I've just downloaded appears to be fine, with Robin Hood starting at 7:30 PM.
Maybe try doing a manual guide download and see how it goes.
Adrian (and everyone else in WA), I am so sorry ... I've been looking at the wrong feed server all day. I've updated the production server with the Daylight Saving changes so it should be all good (for real)!
