Free*EPG: Auto Update

I am using FreeEPG which uses the MCE to update it's Guide data via postcode.

When and where is the option the shows how often it does the Guide update?

you'll want to use this utility, and in addition, make sure mcupdate schedule is disabled, otherwise the VMC guide update time registry entry is clobbered to a new *random MS time* each time mcupdate is run....

That Autoupdate program works a treat!

Just wondering what time FreeEPG does it's Update so I can make it in line with it.
