Free*EPG: Free*EPG Support

The guys over at Free*EPG have decided to open their own in-house support forum.

This forum will remain open for general discussion (and of course so we can talk about them behind their backs ) - but for support issues, Free*EPG users should now visit their forum over at http://forum.epgstream.net/.

It's been a pleasure helping them out for the last 18 months and we wish them all good things for the future. They provide a great service in what has been, and will no doubt continue to be a volatile segment of the Media Center experience.

Hey Everyone!

You make it sound like we're leaving! Just to clarify, we've opened up a "mini-forum" on our site specifically to help us manage the complexity of support issues and user questions. This new forum will provide a medium for us to categorise information specific to epgStream.net at a more granular level (i.e. guide listing issues, server issues, bug lists, user feature requests, etc).

Don't worry guys, we're big fans of xpmediacenter.com.au so we'll still be hanging around!

Oh and thanks Mike for providing such an open forum for everyone!
