Thumbs up TV-Browser 2.7 --- (Desktop EPG)

TV-Browser 2.7
I found TV-Browser 2.7 the other night. Thought I would share this with the forum.
I've been on the look out for a decent desktop epg browser for a long time. This one is brilliant.

TV-Browser is a free electronic program guide. It offers more than 500 stations.
When TV-Browser installs. It needs java to run correctly. It will go to the java site and install Java.
TV-Browser has a setup assistant to get things runnning.
It supports Australian stations including pay TV and allows custom channel logo's
TV-Browser takes it's EPG info from oztivo.
The TV-Browser Home Page is in German and their forum is in English.

- Features
- The offered channels have been extended to Croatian, Australian and American (USA and Canada) channels
- The search function now shows first results while the search is still running.
- In the program info dialog box. Information on actors can be searched for in Wikipedia, and other websites.
- The download of the tv data has improved greatly since the favourite search has been optimized.
- The memory usage was further optimized with the aid of YourKit Java Profiler.
- New layouts for the program table have been added and the standard layout has been set to compact time block so that more programs are visible simultaneously.
- An automatic data update is now possible.
- The channel list can now also be placed left in the window.
- New mouse action single left click.

Link Forum English >> TV-Browser-2.7
The main Home Page (German site) is tvbrowser.org
