The Vic Supreme court have issued a blanket supression order on the broadcast of the TV series Underbelly in Victoria. It can't be shown in Vic until an upcoming trial has been completed.
lol... Frankly, if you live in Melbourne and watch the news I reckon you've probably seen most of it anyway and far more realistically than it will be portrayed in some dramatisation.
I saw the "bang bang your f*cked" video this morning, looks like a decent show, which is a nice change to most of the crap Australia pumps out. Ill definately be checking out, I am thinking it could be better to wait for the series to be released on uncut dvd or something though.
Apparently a South Melbourne Hotel screened the program via satellite and is currently under investigation pending possible charges for contempt of court. Looks like somebody was a little silly!
