DVRMSToolbox problem

Hi guys,

I am having a problem getting a conversion to an MPEG file with DVRMSToolbox. I don't seem to get any progress on the conversion like I do on my other PC. Attached is the debug log from the app. I would appreciate it if any gurus could point me in the right direction on resolving this problem.

Thanks.

Re: DVRMSToolbox problem

aswigon,

You don't happen to have Nero showtime installed on that machine do you?

It's probably a codec problem.

Is it an MCE machine?

Cheers,
Arkay.

Re: DVRMSToolbox problem

I probably had Nero installed at some stage. It isn't an MCE machine though. It is weird though, I have a machine with Showtime on it and there is no problem on that machine so I can't quite work it out.

I am starting to have some other issues (installed too much dodgy stuff on it) so it is time for a rebuild. I'll see how that goes.

Thanks for the help.

Re: DVRMSToolbox problem

i had a problem with dvrmstoolbox where it was creating a 0kb file and then crashing... and in crunchie i got no warnings our output that it was stuck... sooooo turns out that the apps didnt have file permisions to do whatever they wanted to on those drivers so i set permisions folders to "everyone" access not a problem since
