Crunchie Error

I have installed Crunchie and manually converted a test TV recording (a couple of minutes of some show or other so I could ensure all was well).

All looked OK, no error messages, and I got an .avi file in the My Videos folder. The problem is it won't play either through WMP or MCE. MCE gives a message Cannot Play Video: Media Center encountered an unknown error.

WMP complains about an unsupported file type or missing codec.

The original recording plays OK.

Re: Crunchie Error

It should be working in your MCE. Install FFDshow and see how you will go.
