BRP error 23

Hello

i am having problems when i try and record off the guide. i click on the program and press the record option and nothing happens......very strange

i then try and download the latest guide listings and about 20 seconds later i get a error 23.

i then close mce and download the guide listings manually by running the brp batch file. i then return into mce and now when i click on the program and press record it works.

this is very painful as it happens every day
