Losing guide listings and other issues!!

Hi,

I have just put together my first media center and wow, has it been an experience. I have the Dvico fusion hdtv dual tuner card which needs to be returned because the usb part of the card is malfunctioning. So in the mean time I thought I would play around with the tv guide. I got a 2 month free trial of IceGuide through PC World Magazine so I decided to install it and then I will buy a year subscription. Not as easy as I thought. I followed the install guide and everything went smoothly. Then I removed the channels I did not want and mapped the guide listing to each channel. Everything went to plan. I played around with recording and so forth. Suddenly all the data was lost and all the channels that I did not want were back.

Please help!!!!!!

Thanks in advance,
Karl
