Blade runner VistaMCE Dummies guide needed

I installed Blade Runner 2.5 and have uninstalled it because I have not the foggiest idea of how to use it. Is there a step by step DETAILED help link out there

Vista will not run Blade Runner pro oh...
So I go to BRP configurator to set up a mystical being called the grabber
The configurator grabbers section is total gibberish to me asking for file names etc with no real help on what to do. It seems like a secret society of something.

Bladerunner 3 works in Vista, but I have no idea how to set it up.... it's old technology anyway, and is very rarely used.

I have since discovered the very excellent help on this form (much appreciated) and a link to epgstream which intalled and ran without a hitch.
