Unhappy 0000 postcode issue

I've installed bladerunner pro 3.5 and oztivo gradder and seems to work fine. Ie it downloads without any problems. I just cant get MCE to search for guide on the hardrive and it keeps searching the internet even after putting the postcode 0000. What am I doing wrong. Ive searched the stickies and this forum without any insite to what I might be doing wrong. I also followed the twiki guide to the letter.

Also running rollup 2.

edit: got it working by chance only...didn't know running the registry edit program was required. BUT alas like others on here. bladerunner and oztivo looses channels when it updates.

Eric
