BRPv3.0 + TVxb Malaysia

Hi:
I followed the steps by steps approach for vista from TVxb.com
I got probem with Code 14 after I key in 00000 postal code>next and wait for 1 minute. Reason Internet connection fail.

I disabled under BitDefender Firewall and Anti-Virus. Still same Code 14.

When do I really need to set up Bladerunner pro Configurator?

Do I have to revert back the EPG Registry key in order to restart the TV set up Guide again?

Ok I had changed first :GetTVServices.html.
I restart the set up Guide again Code 14, Cannot connect to internet.

Then I changed also GetEPGMetainfo.html.
Also Code 14.

I key in 00000 in Postal code, is it ok?

I disabled firewall and AV in my Bit DEfender V10.
Also code 14

I checked Task Maanger>Applications> I see only MCE running, BladeRunnerPro not running, is it ok?

Under IE I type= http://localhost/Native/GetTVServicesMetaInfo.html
No problem.

Under IE I type=http://localhost/GuideData/guide.bin

Windows will prompt me to search for online program to open it or save it.

I have been doing these for past 2 weeks, and before I consider to reload the Vista again I hope anyone can give suggestions?
