Bladerunner Pro doesnt appear in More Programs

Am running Balderunner with TVxb in Malaysia in Windows MCE 2005. Program works fine but doesnt appear in More Programs.
Have tried re installing several times to no avail, also tried copying Bladerunner shortcut to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu|programs\Accessories\Media Centre\Media Centre Programs as per an old thread. I had to make the Media Centre Programs directory as it didnt exist. This made an item appear in More Programs but no logo and when try to run get message " Unable to open page. Windows unable to load page c:\windows\ehome\BladerunnerPro\Bladerunner.exe" so it seems to be looking for an HTML file.
Fantastic program and this is really just a niggle but would like to get it sorted. Any help much appreciated
