Bladerunner Problem HELP PLEASE

Hi guys

I have set up Bladerunner Pro and Oztivo extreme many times in the past months but this time i have a real issue.

When setting up the guide in MCE i was getting a code 20 error when connecting to the internet but internet connection is fine through IE.

I ran Bladerunner and Oztive downloded the data or but when Bladerunner did its thing i got the follow error

Started off with Whoops
"The Process cannot access the file c:\windows\ehome\bladerunner pro\native\getepgdatametainfo.html because its being used by another process"

PLEASE HELP GUYS the misses is killing me here

Thanks Glenn
