Getting it to update the data - changed region

Hi

I setup a MCE for my dad when he was down in Melbourne, now he's gone back to Coffs Harbour and needs to change the EPG to suit.

I used Blade Runner Pro and OzTivo to set it up. I've changed the OzTivo preferences to the Coffs Harbour channels (btw does someone know where a glossary is for all the TV station abbreviations?) but it won't update his guide data within MCE to the new preferences.

Like when I tell him to go into the settings > tv > guide > add listings to channel thingo only the Melbourne guide options appear....

In Vista, I think it's under:

Settings > General > Download Options > Download now.

Hi,

You might need to get him to delete his channelinfo.xml in the \Ehome\BladerunnerPro\quickguide ??? directory. BRP will generate a new one when it grabs the data, because it needs to be generated relative to the Coffs Harbour channel data names.

You might even be better off getting him to rescan the channels in Coffs Harbour, then delete the channelinfo.xml and run BRP. Then add guide listing to channels.
