Unhappy BladeRunner Pro 3.5 closes immediately after I've started it......

Hi everyone
My mother tongue is not English so please don't laugh at my poor grammar
and it would be the best if you can point out my mistakes, thanks

I am using TVxb + BladeRunner Pro 3.5
I followed this guide from www.tvxb.com
http://www.tvxb.com/doc/MCE-Bladerun...structions.htm
I think I've done all the things correctly
but when I try to run BladeRunner Pro 3.5
it just closes immediately and the EPG can't work properly
However, when I try to use BladeRunner Pro v3 instead of 3.5
it works perfectly and everything is fine
So, could anyone of you please kindly tell me the reason?
I would be grateful to have you help me solve the problem, thanks again
