'xmltvnz.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command

OK peeps, i have followed this guide several times but here is the screen shot;

Parsing "grabber" section.
Executing "TVNZ" command.

HDiT\HDiT.exe did not execute successfully...

Auto close in 5 secs or Press any key...

I assume XMLTVNZ should be creating the files that Bladerunner can't find! so whats the crack? can somone post me some files from their setup that work? or am i missing something....?

Sorry ignore me!!!! i didn't notice the drive letters didn't match! working now! (10 seconds after i posted!!)
