BRP 3.5/Oztivoextreme issue

Ever since I have upgraded from Oztivo to Oztivoextreme and BRP 3.5, I'm having issues with scanning services.
If I uninstall BRP 3.5, restart, delete and scan for services, it will find all channels.
If I install BRP 3.5 and configure it to use Oztivoextreme, then scan the services, it never finds channel nine and sbs news.

Would someone be able to help me?

This issue is very consistent, I just finished uninstalling BRP 3.5, removed the bladerunner folder completely (including Oztivoextreme), restarted the computer, deleted and scanned for services and channel nine and sbs bews are back (29 services in Brisbane).
Installed BRP 3.5 and OztiveExtreme, followed instructions, scanned for services and channel nine and sbs news are missing from the list (26 services in Brisbane)

Thank you for your help.

Hans.

Re: BRP 3.5/Oztivoextreme issue

Try going to Setup, TV, Guide, Restore Channel Defaults and then try re-scanning with BRP3.5/Oztivo Extreme.

I had a similar issue when upgrading and this fixed it.

Thanks for the solution Greystorm.

Too many hours were wasted by me trying to fix this problem. You can't imagine my relief when, after using your suggestion, MCE finally scanned all 45 services in Sydney.

Hi Greystorm,

Thank you for your suggestion, unfortunately it didn't work for me.
Do you have any other ideas?

Thanks,

Hans.
