Lian Li PC-V350 Case

lian-li-pc-v350.jpgLian Li is not the first name that springs to my mind when cases for HTPCs are mentioned. In fact, before the Lian Li PC-V350 arrived for review, I don’t think I’d ever heard of them. After spending some time looking over this model from their range, however, I believe they are worth a close look if you are choosing a new case for your HTPC. Constructed from aluminium throughout, the PC-V350 is a sturdy, yet light, mATX cube case that has a number of clever and useful design features.

I was impressed immediately by it’s quality look and f...

How about this one:

or this one:

or that one:

They are HTPC cases, PC-V350 is not.

Lian-Li is a legendary case maker, they were making aluminum cases for ages.
I had several cases from Lian-Li and the quality is exceptional.

Re: Lian Li PC-V350 Case

Thanks for the review GlenR,

I assume that this case takes a standard ATX power supply?? Nice if so, as using industry standard parts is always a bonus. (Saves waiting for a custom P/S slow manufacturer warranty replacement, and that's assuming you can even get one from the manufacturer 3 years down the road...).

I know the cube design isn't for everyone HTPC-wise, but I'm certainly seeing an increase in interest in this form factor. Kids bedrooms, dad's study (AKA cricket den), Mum wanting TV in the kitchen..... etc

Always been a fan of Lian-Li. Never cheap, but always Very High Quality.

Cheers
