is RC1 the latest?

hey all, having a few issues with internet access on the system i installed vista rc1 on.

i have seen a few posts about rc2

is rc2 actually out? where can i get a copy from? i have looked through my emails and cant see anything about RC2 so i could possibly of deleted it if there was an email.

also, has anyone had issues with internet explorer or generally access the internet using rc1?

i think the problem is i connect to the internet via a router, but not a network.

its the only thing i can think, the solution to it im not sure of,

the strange thing is, windows live messenger still actually works, but when i try to accsess the internet via explorer or a game, it comes up as if i dont have a connection.

it sounds like a setting issue but i have tried everything i can think off.

perhaps, if there is a later version of vista that could somehow fix it

RC2 is available and select folk have gotten hold of production candidates.

Microsoft has set November 30 as the release date for Vista to business customers and January 30, 2007 as the date for the official launch to consumers.

So depending on who you are, Vista will be here in 26 days !!

Even sooner if Microsoft does go RTM by November 8th as planned and this notice on the MSDN subscribers homepage is to be believed :-)
