ok, i've setup remote desktop on both my PC's...my main rig (XP SP2) and my MCE PC running RC2...
to make it easier for my to remote in from work, i decided i would change the ports they listen on for the remote desktop...
i made 2 mistakes....firstly, i tried to do it FROM work, so then when i was not able to log back into my MCE PC, it was left on all day....
secondly, i tried to do a reg edit in vista, and i used the same procedure i used with XP (which worked fine BTW)
anyway, i tried to change the port, now i cannot remote into my MCE PC...i've eveb changed it back to the original port number and it still won't work
any ideas????
