Purevideo Hardware Acceleration

Has anyone had any luck with this on RC1 or RC2?

I can set the decoder to be purevideo with no problems. The hardware acceleration option is ticked but it is not working. To the right of the tick box it says it is in software mode. It looks like purevideo doesn't recognise Direct X 10 basically.

Anyone know of a way around this? I expect that a new version of Purevideo will be the fix though.
