Hi Mike21 and welcome to the forums!!!,

I'm sure you'll be fine with Bladerunner, but you will need to follow the instructions carefully....

When it asks for a postcode you type in 0000. Then run Bladerunner Pro, then go into MCE and continue from there...

Instructions are listed here...

http://www.xpmediacentre.com.au/brp/

Check down the bottom for Part-a and part-b and have a read...

Cheers

As per the instructions.... one last step - you have to add listings to the channel - then they will magically appear...

So back into Settings / Tv / Guide / Add Listings to Channel - select each channel in turn and then you can associate that to the guide listing... Then you should be done !

Re: how do i setup a tv guide in windows media centre

Hi All,

Ahhh fantastic - got my EPG running a treat... some points for the /brp website

1. please make the comment about "Add Listings to Channel" bolder, separate step even as I missed it completely. It's there in the instructions but I got so excited by the end I just missed it outright.

2. make a note about that you can only allocate 1 listing to 1 channel. Ie. if you have TEN and TEN HD, then if you link "Ten" to TEN HD it will dissappear from the TEN channel.

That'd help us newbies out and prevent (like me) rummaging around trying to read (what appear perfectly logical AFTER I've done it) steps that are a little hard to decipher (being as we're newbies!).

Thanks for this brilling website. I'm going to be recommending that anyone considering purchasing/building a MCE PC that they check this site first.

Regards,
