Cool problem downloading tv guide in mce 2005 comp

hi there
can anyon eplease help me recently i changed my internet service to anothe rinternet provider and when i did the change over i was dropped down to dial up connection and i couldnt download the tv guide into mce 2005 in the tv guide section then today i got my adsl service back with my new internet provider so i went to download the tv guide with bladerunner pro it went through the downloading of the guide through bladerunner pro then when it comes to the end it gives me this error message whoops process failed please refer to any errors
system exception java did not execute sucessfully

so i tried it again afew times and still got that so i unistalled bladerunner runner pro and deleted all the files and the folder for bladerunner pro to see if that was the prob so i installed it again and still getting the same prob again also i hav ethe latest version of java on my comp too so i dont know why its saying java didnt excute properly so i dont know what goes on with it becaus eit worked before i did the change ove rto my new internet service if anyone can help me tha twould be a real great help to me or if anyone has any suggestions that would be good too so i can get a tv guide running again in mce 2005 tv guide section becaus eat the momment its reading no data on all the channels that are preset into the comp when i selected the tv channels i wanted when i watch live tive through mce 2005 i can watch the channels perfectly but cant download a tv guide so any help anyone can give me would be a real great help to me
