the problem with your second card not working is likely to be the second tuner was put in the wrong pci slot, try swapping slots, i found that mine only worked in slots 2 and 5 (using an asus p4p800) i've tried other boards (such as the p5gd1-pro and i get the same problem is i put the cards in just the wrong slot
