I have just moved my HTPC over to a Silverstone GD02 case and it's designed for the 120mm fan type PSUs (you can flip the PSU to suck cool air from the underside of the case). I currently have an Antec NeoHE 430w and it doesn't work as well in this case, it only has the front vents and a rear 80mm fan. I'm trying to find something else that is quiet and modular, the Neo's fan is working too hard with the reduced airflow so gets a little noisy.

I was running a standard Coolermaster RS-430-PCAR (now been replaced by the 460 I think) & it was fine - cheap too ($60). I only changed because of the modular cables.
