I have just moved my HTPC over to a Silverstone GD02 case and it's designed for the 120mm fan type PSUs (you can flip the PSU to suck cool air from the underside of the case). I'm trying to find something else that is quiet and modular, the Neo's fan is working too hard with the reduced airflow so gets a little noisy.
I was running a standard Coolermaster RS-430-PCAR (now been replaced by the 460 I think) & it was fine - cheap too ($60). I only changed because of the modular cables.
