I picked a Harmony ONE up this week off eBay for $241 (+ $20 postage) and have spent part of today configuring it. Still quite a few little teething problems to get through but so far it's left a grin on my face for the better part of the day, and no remorse in dropping that much on a remote at all. I can finally hide those 7 other remotes on my coffee table and stick them in a cupboard somewhere out of site.
If it helps anyone, I've pulled together a set of icons specifically for these Harmony remotes for both free to air (incl HD channels) and some of my more frequently used Foxtel channels. These are great when set up in the remote as your favourite channels.
