The US $299 is the premium Xbox360 that comes with the 20gig HDD. The Arcade doesn't come with the hdd which is why it's cheaper. It's still better value for money than a DMA2100 or DMA2200. Saying that, an XBOX is probably not suitable for certain environments where as the DMA's are.

Anyway, If anyone gets there hands on one of these from BIGW, can they confirm the revision of the XBOX360. Are they the new 65nm "JASPER"? I don't think the "Valhalla's" are in production.

Jasper has 65nm CPU
Valhalla has 65nm CPU and 65nm GPU

I'm pretty sure there's no 45nm process for xbox360.
