We are obviously having to change our methodology to adhere to the Full Court of the Federal Court's findings and the orders given to us. We had been previously advised that this process of last minute checking from time to time did not equate to breaching a substantial part of Nine's copyright. Last year's ruling in August by the Federal Court supported this.
As you are all aware, IceTV has lodged an application for special leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia from the decision of the Full Court.

We are confident that we can continue to provide great coverage of Channel Nine's weekly schedule for all our users to enjoy.
