It appeared late yesterday afternoon. If you read the
Federal Court's directions of the 24/7 you will see that guide data had to be removed until but ICTV had until 5PM on 25/7 to seek a stay of those orders. Obviously they were successful in achieving a stay.
The full judgement is due to be handed down in the Federal Court by Justice Bennett this Friday 27/7 at 10AM.
The future of Nine's data appearing depends on this judgement and, if the judgement is in favour of Nine, the outcome of IceTV's application to appeal to the High Court.
