Also, try using the keyboard whilst not in line-of-site...say on different angles, or by bouncing the signal off a wall. These tests will help me choose whether to get one of these, or whether to go bluetooth.

I've got the receiver tucked just out of site, and am not finding an issue with the direction of the keyboard. I haven't got the hang of the pointing stick though. I prefer them to touchpads on laptops, but this one seems to have have some weirdness around sensitivity.
