Now if memory serves me correctly this MoBo has stereo output via the lime 3.5mm line out port, no 5.1 or 7.1 (correct me if I'm wrong here). That is no S/PDIF or the additional 3.5mm black, orange, grey for rear, centre and side.
Based on that you get something like
a standard stereo "Y" cable and split the line out for your TV and then amp.
