Just a further note on the % filled at OzTVio. Do remember that the HD channels are only filled where there is a defined program, so they will normally show 100% either. Some gaps are legitimate.
I seem to recall reading somewhere about the "?" gaps also meaning that the show could be the same as SD? Can't really recall to well (too much red wine
