Hi, and thanks for the help so far... I have since bought an external hard drive, and have backed up my important things to it.. I'm just not sure of the best way to go about reinstalling/reloading or repairing Media Centre Edition 2005 (xp pro) so as to hopefully get it back to 'factory settings' without doing any damage to anything else?
Do I need a full format of the C drive, or will a partial recovery work? I'm just not sure how to handle this, can anybody enlighten me please?
