MSI NX8500GT-MTD256EH/D2 has a 2 slot heatsink (no fan), HDMI connector (no DVI adapter needed) & SPDIF passthrough. Great for an HTPC, not so good for gaming.

The ATIs have an onboard sound chip, so they don't need to pass through the motherboard's sound.
