Just a couple of things in terms of forum feedback. Firstly someone mentioned to me the other day that if they had not been alerted to the Thanks button by another memeber they would not have known it existed. I don't know if it's possible but it might be nice if it was a bit more prominent and/or if new members were alerted to it when they first join. I know most people kind of like to thank someone if they have been helped and the person providing advice generally appreciates the associated rep points so it might be worthwhile looking at ways to make it more obvious and to get people more familiar with the practice.
On a related note, I was reading
this thread this morning and noted that the Thanks button did not even appear. Browsing around other threads I didn't see the same issue so I assume it's something to do with that specific thread.
