Having recently tested a Beyonwiz (not quite a steaming pile, but highly unrecommended), I think that's the kind of market that should be worried about the PS3/PlayTV.
The PS3/PlayTV will be more fully featured, easier to use, more stable & probably cheaper. The only issue is that it will need a bigger hard drive.
