Media Centre improvements will be available as a separate service pack. It's not even in beta yet, so I'm guessing it's wait and see.
Really, the Ultimate extra's are a massive joke. Who really wants dreamscene on their desktop or some crappy (and I mean crappy) poker game.
SP1 is ok, I've been running the beta for a while and it hasn't harmed anything.
Well except for it apparently breaking XBOX 360 extender functionality (not sure about the others).
