If anyone can suggest a way to make it better for us please let me know.

I'm guessing since FreeEPG relies on the data entered in OzTivo that may crop up on occasion. Obviously someone entered it with the Australia and someone else without.
Unfortunately, apart from checking to see if the shows are called the same there is not much you can do as it does rely on people.
The commercial IceTV would probably be able to handle this better, as they would have strict rules on their data entry procedures when providing the guide, but they're not perfect either.
