Re: Multiroom a/v cabling

Nice to know there is an expert with a similar set-up.

I have been experimenting over the weekend with different cables, resolutions etc to ensure I can get the right aspect ratio, over/underscan on my Panasonic 42" plansma and Sony 26" LCD (non HDMI/DVI). If having a clone view rather than desktop extension VMC seems to limit the video output to one configuration for both (!) and hence only the PC VGA output worked on both TVs so I am looking into a VGA splitter to connect to the PC input in both TVs.

Do you have any recommendations on wired repeaters? All I can find are wireless IR repeaters.

Apologies again for the questions and thanks in advance,

Jansen
