I have one also and haven’t had an issue with it but I have a pretty good feeling it’s a decoder issue are you using the original Decoder by MS to check use this decoder app here to find out if you are or if it’s using another decoder. if it is using another decoder set it back to the MS one if it is using the MS one I recommend downloading another decoder like intervideo and make sure you set it as your default decoder using the downloaded app I hope this helps.
