Anyone had an experience like this or any comments to add?
I'm in a similar situation but only 100m between office and home. I use a pair of Trendnets. Results are quite good with speeds in excess of 36mbps indicated and no dropouts, coming of a Netcomm NB9W router/ gateway at the home end. In the office the PC has a Netgear 311t PCI card. I bought the antennae on ebay for about $45.00 AU (auction, not Buy Now).
