It depends on what you want to do with it... The 6150 is the lowest supported board from nvidia for all its deinterlacing stuff - the 6600 is having problems in Vista, Nvidia have not released full driver support for all their cards as yet...

I would not both replacing the 6150 with a 6600 just for MCE. If you go down this path, why not try out what comes on the board first, and if neccessary upgrade later to a 7 or 8 series or something... but the 6150 despite its lower number than 6600 is a better card for MCE. BTW do not even attempt to go down the path of getting a motherboard with 6100 - its not as good!
