Cheers for the suggestions....looks like the Asus M2NPV-VM is the best of the options, but gee it ****s me that you have already paid $130 for the board and have to pay another $35 or so for the rear SPDIF connector interface - thats shoddy!

I wonder if using a vga/d-sub to RGBHV cable would provide as good a picture as straight component video???? As my TV can take an RGBHV signal in...has the extra HV inputs.

What do you guys think? I'd say the 6600GT would be as good or prolly better than the 6150.

That'd mean I could use an old 6600GT I have lying around and just look for a full ATX sized motherboard with a rear SPDIF interface included, which would be easier and cheaper.
