Ah yes, but if MS have it their way it may become illegal to turn those features off.
High level US governemt agencies do NOT use MS software as its far too insecure and full of "unknown" of proprietry code, a lot of what they do use is unix/linux based or custom OS environments. The NSA would definately not be talking to MS as a client.
