It should be available over the counter if they take the time to get it right. How many people have got hardware lying around that meets most of those specs.
Joe & josephine public need to be able to load it and configure it themselves for it to be a good product. Nothing like MCE!
Why quote specs like that then, when you can't buy that stuff new anymore?
